ZERO POS — Privacy Policy

ZERO SOLUTIONS ("we") operates the ZERO POS application for restaurant point-of-sale operations. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

Data we process

Restaurant account credentials and staff PIN authentication
Orders, tables, menu, inventory and shift records for the tenant
Device and app diagnostic information needed for support
Optional contact details you provide for support or reviews

How we use data

Data is used solely to run POS features (ordering, kitchen display, shifts, inventory, HR/payroll tooling) and to secure the account. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & processors

Application data is stored with our cloud providers (including Supabase / hosting on Vercel). Access is limited to authorized restaurant staff and ZERO SOLUTIONS support when required.

Account & data deletion

ZERO POS is a restaurant staff (B2B) point-of-sale app. Restaurant accounts are provisioned by ZERO SOLUTIONS. To request deletion of a restaurant account or associated operational data, email support@zerosolutions.com with the restaurant name and owner email. We will delete or anonymize account credentials and operational records within 30 days, except where records must be retained for legal, tax, or audit obligations.
